Eligibility Criteria

BBA

Candidates who have completed Two years Pre‐University Course of Karnataka State or its equivalent are eligible for admission into this course. 

BCA

A candidate who has passed the two years Pre‐University Examination securing minimum of 35% of marks conducted by the Pre‐University Education Board in Karnataka. OR

A candidate who has passed JODC / Three years Diploma in Engineering of Government of Karnataka with minimum of 35% of marks in aggregate in all the semesters / years or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission.

MBA

The prospective applicant must satisfy the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA program.

  • A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing  at least  50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.  OR                    
  • An honors degree under 10+2+4 pattern from a recognized university under UGC Act having at least 50% marks in aggregate including languages.
  • In case of SC / ST / Category I candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate of marks obtained in the University Exams.
  • MBA admission criteria is based on the valid score of MBA PGCET / CAT / MAT / ATMA or Students seeking admission to MBA degree at VIM must adhere to the guidelines of eligibility prior to sending in their application forms to our Institute.
  • All applications who do not meet with the eligibility criteria listed above shall not be entertained.

The course details outline the key subjects a student will learn in each semester. The course starts off with fundamentals and gradually moves on to specialization and Project work detailed aspects of Business Management.

MCOM

Bachelor’s degree with Commerce/Management subjects and securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in that subject. 

Duration of the Course: Two years consisting four semesters.  

Admission- Intake:  The College has been permitted to admit 40 students. 50% of the seats are filled by the university and remaining 50% will be filled by the management directly.
