The industrial tour has been organized for the MBA I year students from 28/10/2022 to 02/10/2022. The students has visited two Industries (NANDAGOKULA CASHEW INDUSTRY AND GREEN COORG SPECIES CORPORATION) along with side seeing of Udupi district and Coorg to gain insight of Industrial Management and explore of many places and its culture.
Day-1: NANDAGOKULA CASHEW INDUSTRY
The students learned the following:
- Cashews Processing from initial stage to final stage
- Work schedules, machine operations and work in process
- Knowledge of managing workforce
- Various department activities and its coordination between them
Day-2: GREEN COORG SPECIES CORPORATION
The students learned the following:
- Marketing Strategies and its distribution channels
- 4 Ps of marketing
- Printing and Packaging knowledge of the products
UNIBIC Foods India Pvt. Ltd.
The Department of MBA has organized one day industrial visit to our I Year MBA Students to UNIBIC Foods India Pvt. Ltd. On 10/05/2022 as a part of Industrial exposure where they acquired enormous knowledge about biscuit manufacturing process, Administrative practices, Company’s plant layout.
